Volleyball for practising setters and overhand sets, the ball weighs 500 gr!
Gala BV5475S Setter is a ball especially made for practising overhand sets. This model weighs twice as much as a normal volleyball and the purpose is to strengthen muscles in the hand, wrist and forearm to better your setting ability.
Aside from the weight, the ball has the same design and material as the rest of the Gala balls. The outer layer of this ball is made of synthesized leather (PU) and inside the ball is a bladder made from butyl that has been wrapped with extra rubber and polyamide to create the right weight, while still maintaining a comforatble feeling.
