Gala BV5555S JUMP is a fun and good for learning the approach when spiking in volleyball. It can also help with in learning to stretch your arm when spiking. The ball is a standard volleyball from Gala, made of PU-synthesized leather, equipped with two elastic ropes. The ropes can be tied up at a convenient height for the players to reach it. The players can either stand on the ground and work on their hitting tecnique or jump to reach the ball, practising their approach and jump.
