Gala Training 210 is a good volleyball for players that have gotten past the beginners stage and is in some control of the basic touches. The ball weights 210 grams which makes it easier to play with for younger children 8-12 years old. The ball is made to maintain its performance for a long time. It is resistant, thanks to the premium PU material used for the surface and a good bladder made of butyl rubber.
